Women Leaders: From Pipeline to Power

Women’s contributions in the political arena too often have gone unnoticed and their accomplishments unacknowledged. The Women’s Legacy and Leadership (WLL) Collective is changing that history. On October 9, 2024 the WLL is hosting an event entitled “Women Leaders: From Pipeline to Power” featuring Santa Barbara County women commissioners, administrators, and board members both past and present.

This will be an opportunity for women who have served or are presently serving in the public arena to discuss policies, and programs that they have initiated (and implemented) to encourage more women to get in the public service pipeline and become the powerful leaders we deserve. We believe this event is perfectly timed to impact the upcoming elections.
